Today, milk is perhaps the most controversial product: it divided the society advocates for healthy food into two halves. In order to answer numerous questions, the representatives of “Soyuzmoloko” invited stars and journalists in the milk laboratory, where they were able to take part in experiments and workshops.

While the rest of the guests figured out what kind of milk suitable for pasteurization, other scientific methods have become convinced that in the industrial milk has no antibiotics. Many with pleasure have prepared the yogurt, under the guidance of production engineers, the more that components and manufacturing conditions were close to production. Actress Lisa Arzamasova have prepared several yogurts with different toppings.

Guests also learned about how beneficial bacteria “work” in yogurt, and even examined them under a microscope. All experiments took place under the guidance of experts of the dairy companies – chemists and biologists who are responsible for the quality of the milk.

TV presenter Aurora also noted that always eats yogurt, milk, sour cream. And considering that milky loves her daughter, they have on the table is almost the most basic products.

And at the end of the dairy festival guests took part in a master class in cooking delicious milkshakes under the guidance of experienced chefs and witnessed a spectacular cocktail show.
