At the same time, the defendant does not plead guilty. He said this before the verdict.

Previously, the prosecution requested the sentence of Belousov to four years in a General regime colony, and the lawyers of the aggrieved party estimated claims for a total amount of three million rubles. The investigation revealed that as a result of the provision of specialist services does not meet the requirements, there was a collapse of the lift, resulting in the death of a close relative of the presenter Evgeniya Kochergina.
