Ex-participant of the third season of the show “the Bachelor” shared his impressions about childbirth. Galina Rzhaksinsky admitted that she’s still not breast milk. The young mother did not hide, now her body still not fully recovered. 
October 16, finalist of the third season of the reality show Galina Rzhaksinsky first became a mother. She gave her husband Yevgeny Gromov lovely daughter Elizabeth. The young woman did not hide this good news from the fans and announced the addition to the family in the microblog. “StarHit” found out more about childbirth Galina.
Rzhaksinsky admitted that he decided to resort to anesthesia to not feel the discomfort and relax muscles.
“The delivery was fine, just fine, without much pain, because I did an epidural – told Galina “StarHit”. Only that there are some complications for my body the baby was big. Immediately after birth it was hard for me to walk, a little consciousness is not lost, but it became easier.”
The young mother confessed that he was very glad when the husband decided to attend the birth. She was glad that her husband saw her daughter at the same time. “When the baby put in my tummy, I cried – it is happiness. Jack was near me, although we have not discussed, he will be in the hospital or not, I wanted it to be solely his choice. I am very glad that he came to the perinatal center, and we patted newborn daughter at the same time,” shared Rzhaksinsky.
On Thursday Galina with a baby was already discharged from the hospital. Spouse tried to make this day memorable for your wife – the output they expect the puppets that created an indescribable mood.
Rzhaksinsky no worries that she’ll have post-partum depression – she tries to stay in high spirits, because the child knows when mom is sad or grieving.
“I’m very worried that has not yet come milk. Also upset the swelling, which appeared after the birth had to apply cold to the body quickly coped. Only on the third day was easier, and so could not sit and walk. But I try to drive away all the experiences, you know that you need a good mood – after all, without this in any way”, – said Galina.
