In the photo published in Instagram, Besson pose in the company of the top stars of the project – Cara Delevingne and Dane Dehaan dressed in futuristic costumes. As such, the actors appeared for a reason: the characters of Kara and Dana intergalactic agents and time travelers who save the world from villains. Among the other artists involved in the film, Clive Owen, Ethan hawke, John Goodman and many others.

“Valerian and the city of a thousand planets” is a screen adaptation of the super popular in France the comic book series, which is published since 1967. Besson had long dreamed to make a film about this fictional universe, but for a long time did not dare to approach such a large-scale business. Shooting started in France in December last year, and now the Director is actively shared with fans photos of the working process – very bright and unusual. It seems we’re in for something Grand!
