Финская группа The Rasmus призналась в любви Алле Пугачевой The soloist team Ylinen Lauri and the drummer Aki Hakala arrived in Moscow to tell you about a large tour group, which starts March 1 and will ride for 22 cities of our country – from Vladivostok to Kaliningrad.

Tour The Rasmus will be one of the most ambitious in the history of the group. Musicians waiting a month and a half of touring and 50 thousand kilometers of travel and flights. Performers have been recognized: Russia surprises every time and inspires them.

“My parents often listened to the song “Million scarlet roses” when I was a kid, this is one of their most favorite songs performed by Alla Pugacheva, admitted Lauri Ylinen. It seems to me those melodies that are born in my head, somehow it affected. Many Russian songs are very beautiful melodies. Of course, I do not understand the words, but I think that Russian music and ours, Finnish, resonate”.

The musician also admitted that he carries with him as a mascot figurines Cheburashka and crocodile Gena – from the good old Soviet cartoon. The Finns said that they are inspired by Russian cuisine, especially the soup.

“We are even thinking to write a song with the same name. This is a very powerful word, perfectly fits with the music!.. Russia is beautiful in many ways. The scope of its territory arouses our admiration. We plan to travel by planes, trains. It is a great adventure,” – said the soloist.

According to the artists, at the Russian concerts, The Rasmus will perform as recognized their hits (In the Shadows, Living in a World Without You) and songs from their new album Dark Matters, which was released in October last year.

“This album is our musical style has changed a bit, we experimented with the sound, – said the artists. We’re trying not to repeat myself, but some things remain unchanged”.
