Ben Affleck is preparing for
the signing of the contract to purchase a home in Los Angeles, which is quite
near the mansion owned by Jennifer garner. In the house, any actor, there are seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms
rooms, home cinema, well equipped gym and games room. On-site
adjacent to the house is a large outdoor pool. 45-year-old Ben doesn’t accidentally liked this spacious property: he tries as much time to spend with
their children born in the marriage with garner — 12-year-old violet and 9-year-old
Serafino and six-year-old Samuel. Therefore, it is very important to be as close as possible
to the house where they live with their mother.

It is curious that negotiations with the owner
mansion, favored by Affleck, was his current mistress
37-year-old Lindsay Suckas. However, it is not going
