The singer did not accept the views in which it was shown on television. Anne Veski was chosen for performance at the festival in the Polish city of Sopot too bold at the time. TV guide did not appreciate creativity vocalist, and fans saw her room in a truncated form.

Estonian singer Anne Veski was extremely popular in the 80-ies of the last century. Songs in her performance became hits, and the girls were jealous of her stylish outfits and blond curls.

In 1984, the singer became the winner of the prestigious music festival which was annually held in the Polish city of Sopot. Anne Veski was awarded for the song “Behind of abrupt turn” which was written for her by Igor Saruhanov. The competition was shown on television in the Soviet Union, however, was it not broadcast, and record and after some serious editing.

Anne Veski also watched his speech on TV and was shocked by how showed her triumphant room.

“I came from Sopot and see on the TV show my performance as crumpled, – told the artist in the live Saturday transmission of “Tonight.” – I to the editor: “How so? Such a victory after all, and so showed me ugly”. And she answers me: “Look, there you have the same one earring. How can a Soviet singer to perform like this? We had to mount so that it was not too noticeable”. I thought I was so trendy with one triangular shackle, and it turns out, I was to show you.”

Now 61-year-old singer, along with the second husband, Benno Belcikovs lives in a small house on the outskirts of Tallinn. Anne Veski explained that her husband was deliberately built their homes like this because they knew that the children live with them will not.

In the programme “Tonight” showed a cozy family nest vocalists. On the ground floor are the living room, a billiard room and a sauna. The second – a repository of concert dresses for Anne Veski, each of which has its own story.

Singer said that, like many, she is in the 90-ies was trying to do business. Together with her husband they opened the shop for individual sewing of fur coats. One of them is also kept in the house of Anne Veski. The singer has made it clear that he was proud of his other half.

“This house is built Especially with your hands from beginning to end, says Anne Veski. – I couldn’t live with a man who knows how to use pencil only. Why are we so long to live together? Because we are always good, fun, warm.”
