Popular singer Anna Sedokova is attempting to assert their rights to the youngest daughter Monica.

The performer is not allowed to see the girl. She lives with her father Maxim Chernyavsky in the United States, and Anna resolved to see her only in the presence of the warden.

“We are very disappointed with the constant actions of your client in relation to Monica, as if she was his “property” and not a little girl who has a right to see mother,” said the lawyer of the singer.

Maxim is trying to get child support from that part of the money that Anna receives for his music career, which, of course, is a considerable amount of money.
